All cannabis product sales are final sale! For any defective device or product issues, please email info@yanacreatives.com or text 2026708987 immediately upon notice. We provide 72 hours for exchanges of any defective products. This can only be done if an item is defective. Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email with pictures. We will assess your request and make a decision on a case by case basis. Please make sure to provide any explanation and pictures.

For NON-Cannabis accessory/device products:

We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our non-cannabis device products, please contact our customer service by email at info@yanacreatives.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We can provide an exchange within 72hrs for defective devices. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not do returns or exchanges on our merchandise. It is final sale.
