All canna-gifts are final sale! For any accessories or clothing, please email info@yanacreatives.com prior to returning or exchanging your product(s). Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email. Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions. 

 

Where to Send Returns: 

Send us an email with the information stated above, and we will send you the shipping location. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Store Refunds

We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service by email at info@yanacreatives.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues. 

 However, if you would like to make a return, we have a 30 day unused and unopened warranty & return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or the item has been opened and used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund yet please don’t panic and follow these steps 

 

First check your bank account again. 

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  

Sale items: 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 We do not ship to the following domestic locations, due to state by state regulations: AL, AZ, CA, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NC, NH, OR, RI, SC, TX, and we do not ship international.

  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST. Due to extenuating circumstances, such as supply chain issues due to global or regional events, there may be a delay in your shipment.

  • The standard rate charged for the shipping of an order is $7.75.

  • We use the following carriers to deliver orders most commonly, and always use a recognized carrier: USPS, FedEx, UPS

  • Ground shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door

  • If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

  • If an item goes on back-order, we will ship you the items in your order currently in stock. When the remaining item(s) becomes available, we will ship you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
