In this reflective and restorative space, we’re turning toward the child we once were, and still carry within. Together, we’ll explore how our upbringing shaped our emotional needs, inner voice, and ways of relating to the world. Through discussion, journaling, and play, we’ll honor the past by making intentional choices in the present.
Expect meaningful dialogue, creative release, and moments of joy as we color, finger paint, craft, and decompress, giving our inner child the freedom they may have missed.
Tea and snacks will be served. Comfy clothes encouraged. Bring a journal if you have one—and a willingness to play.
