Canna 101: Know Thy Strain with Dr.Vivid
This Cannabis 101 series is a psycho-educational wellness workshop —an interactive deep dive into how cannabis impacts you.
Together, we’ll explore how different strains and terpenes shape our emotional, mental, and physical responses. You’ll learn how to better understand your body’s signals, your brain’s reactions, and how to use this plant medicine intentionally. We’ll revisit the therapeutic benefits of cannabis, highlight how certain strains may help (or hinder) specific mental health and somatic conditions, and begin crafting your personalized plant profile.
Attendees should bring a list of 3–5 of their favorite strains—Dr. Vivid will help unpack why you’re drawn to them and what they may be offering you. (Yes, that’s right—the Plant Profile Consultation is going communal!)
