What to Expect:
Our Heartful Cacao Circle and Sound Bath is a monthly experience that combines the ancient traditions of ceremonial cacao with the vibrational power of sound healing. Facilitated by wellness guides @consciously.christina and @kivibes, this intentionally curated space fosters emotional clarity, inner peace, and community connection.
🌿 The Ceremony Includes:
A ceremonial cacao drink to open your heart
Guided visualization and Intention-setting
A deeply immersive sound bath & meditation
Connection and integration time at a post-circle social
✨ All participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pen, and journal. We’ll have extra supplies if you need them.
