of studying Classical Chinese dance and ballet, Christina unrolled the mat for the first time and fell in love with yoga. She has found clarity and solace in her life with the fusion of plant medicines, mindfulness, and movement practices. Christina is a lifelong student and is committed to her ongoing growth, questioning, and relearning on the healing path. In every class she teaches, Christina aims to inspire community members to feel empowered in their bodies, honor their boundaries, and enjoy the beauty of the peaks and valleys along the way. When she's not on her yoga mat, she enjoys hiking, foraging for mushrooms, tending to her many plant babies, and playing with Peanut, her 4 year old pitbull.
